We are  Vince and Paulina, husband and wife behind the micro bakery Le Clementine Bakeshop. We started this humble bakery as a passion project at the famed Saturday Morning Market after I finished my apprenticeship at the esteemed Born & Bread Bakehouse. We offered ultra freshly baked pastries to an exuberant community. A crispy, orange-scented morning bun... a rich Croque Monsieur... We woke up extra early to bake at the commissary and poured our hearts into making you something truly special. We felt so excited to meet and connect with the St. Pete community.

 

In July 2021, we partnered with Pete's Bagels to cultivate a neighborhood bakery for you in the Grand Central District. We fell in love with the Pete's team and cherished every moment working in the dreamy space. We enjoyed our fair share of freshly baked, hand-rolled bagels watching the sun rise every morning alongside the Pete's hardworking team. We were still an ultra small team, just Vince and I plus a pair of extra hands twice a week. 

 

We were thrilled and honored to partner with the Museum of Fine Arts to serve St. Petersburg and its guests in the Spring 2022. café CLEMENTINE is the fully realized vision that we’ve yearned to offer our ever-supportive community, where we, alongside our team, explore artistic expression through food. It is always our goal to offer you the best quality product possible. You will always find scratch-made Vienoisserie, unique flavor combinations and the bakery classics we all know and love.

 

Baking is a labor of love that brings so much happiness to those you share it with. I feel this has always been my purpose, to bring joy and comfort in some form, to those around me.
